This class is for the beginner.
No prior experience is necessary.
LEVEL 2
In order to be enrolled in this class,
the following requirements must be accomplished: Floor Elements:
Cartwheel - Round Off - Hand Stand Roll - Bridge. Bar Elements:
Swing Re-grip - Hollow Body Front Support - Chin Up.
LEVEL 3 & BEYOND
In order to enroll in this class, the
following requirements must be accomplished: Floor Elements:
Back Bend Kick Over - Pike Backward Roll - Tuck Backward Roll with
Straight Arms. Bar Elements: Correct Glide (Feet Low) - Pull
Over - Hollow Body Back Hip Circle.
